Student LEADER TEAMS
Worship Team - Lead the room into the presence of Jesus. Whether you're on stage or behind the scenes, this team exists to create spaces where students can encounter Jesus. From vocals and instruments to lights and sound, you help set the tone for worship every week.

Hospitality Team - Help people feel like they belong. Coffee, snacks, first-time gifts, and warm smiles… this team exists to create a space where people feel seen and cared for the moment they walk in.
Set Up & Tear Down Team - Setting the stage for what God will do. You transform everyday spaces into places of worship. Centerpieces, signs, decor, and everything in between… you get to help make it happen.
Events Team - From planning retreats to throwing the best after-service hangs, this team brings the support, fun, and creativity.
Serve Anywhere Team - Go where the need is, at Saddleback and beyond. This team is all about showing up with love wherever it's needed. Whether it's serving at local outreaches or jumping in on a service project, you’ll be part of taking the love of Jesus outside the walls of the church
Creative Team - Tell the story. This team captures what God is doing and shares it in a way that invites others in. From photos and videos to reels and graphics, you help create a digital front door to our ministry.
Program Team - Whether you're hosting from stage, helping run games, or making sure the service flows smoothly, you help create an environment that’s welcoming, fun, and pointing people towards Jesus.
Prayer Team - You get to stand in the gap and cover CM, our students, and our world in prayer. This team exists to create a culture of prayer in our ministry—seeking God’s presence, interceding for others, and helping people encounter His power through prayer.
