Adult Leaders

There are two different roles that adult leaders serve in: Midweek Leader & Small Group Leader

You can read more information about each role below!

Midweek Leader

  • A Midweek Leader serves at our Thursday night 7:00 PM service!

  • Midweek leaders arrive at 6:30 PM to join our pre-service huddle and receive a role for the night.

  • Midweek leaders are what make our midweek service welcoming, warm, and fun. This is a highly relational leader role!

  • Whenever we have events or extra program elements, our leader team helps us set up and run them.

  • Midweek leaders are empowered to welcome students into our space and jump into conversations with students.

  • Once service gets started, our leader team sits with students and engages in the various program elements.

  • After our service ends, our leader team helps us tear down the room and engage with students during any after service events we might have going on that week.

Small Group Leader

  • A Small Group leader co-leads a group of students on a weekly basis (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night) throughout the school year (September - May)

  • Small Groups meet once a week in host homes.

  • Small Group meetings are comprised of Bible study, relational connection, fun/laughter and prayer time.

  • A typical group is made up of approximately 8-12 students (year and gender specific)

  • We provide all of the content and curriculum so you can be fully equipped! Your role is to help facilitate conversation for our students

  • All  Small Group leaders attend trainings a few times a year on various topics that will help equip and empower them as a leader.

  • Every leader is empowered to shepherd and guide their group. We believe that students grow the most with Jesus when a leader walks alongside them.

*please note, to serve as a CM leader, you must be at least 23 years old*
